I’m getting ready to enter a few new postcards in a juried art show, the theme of which is “Love This City.” The city in question is Kansas City and the metro area. Here are a couple of panoramic postcards.
Thanks! I’ve just started experimenting with panoramas. Photoshop makes them easy to create. I’m always amazed at the results. These are actually double postcards: 12″ x 4″ Some of the postcards I’m entering are showing some warts on the city. Most of the entries will be beautiful shots of our new Performing Arts Center, Union Station, the Nelson Art Gallery and iconic Plaza buildings. Brush Creek and a view from a downtown rooftop will be unexpected, at least I hope they will be.
I’m enjoying your new postings, also. Much more use of color these days. Don’t give up your black and white work, though; you have a real skill with that.
Reblogged this on RD Revilo.
